Dr. Dugan joined Drs. Hamming and Hamming in 1988 and became a partner of Illinois Bone and Joint Institute Gurnee in 2000. Dr. Dugan currently serves as the Director and treating physician of the Lake County Children's Orthopaedic Clinic, Assistant Team Physician for the Chicago Wolves Professional Hockey Team and is actively involved in the Boys and Girls Club of Lake County. Dr. Dugan has 3 children and enjoys traveling, golf, hockey and yoga.
