Making a Payment.

Payments for physician services can be made in person at the time of your appointment, sent in the mail or taken care of over the phone with a credit card. Our office accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover. If you would like to make a phone payment, please contact our Billing Department at 847-336-3309.
